'Music is the medicine of the mind'
John Logan
John Logan
Music is an amazing healing tool and one that has accompanied me all through my life, throughout treatment, and my recovery. Everyone is different and some may feel it was more healing to have silence, but I believe in music for the mood and I wanted to use this space to list some of the tracks that I have found helpful for lots of different reasons.
Some are classics, some need to be turned right up, some might not be your cup of tea! Music is so personal but if you would like to use some of these ideas for iTunes playlists for relaxation, inspiration, reflection or just to bust some moves, this list may be helpful!
If you want to share any music that you have found meaningful, let me know!
